Save the login and sign in

As an ops admin, I want to save and rotate the Tumani dashboard login in the backoffice so that sender IDs can be managed without a redeploy.

Expected result

A "Saved. Signed in to Tumani." toast shows, the password field empties and now says it is saved, and the header shows "Last sign-in <time> · OK". The Request a sender ID card and the Sender IDs on Tumani section appear above the login and list the account's sender IDs.
