Sections on the rail open their pages on hover
As a backoffice admin, I want the sidebar grouped by the kind of work I am doing, so that I can find a page without reading a long flat list.

The navy strip shows the BalloAds logo and one icon per section: Overview, Customers, Billing, Messaging, Platform, Product and Administration, in that order. Pausing on an icon slides out a navy menu beside it, headed with the section name in cyan, listing only that section's pages. Billing lists Purchase orders, Transactions and Pricing; Product lists QA coverage, Roadmap, What's new, Docs, Token guide and Playground, and Playground shows an arrow icon because it opens in a new tab. The page itself uses the full width; nothing is pushed aside.
